Rendering
The term “rendering” in software generally means using computer logic to generate an image from data.
In web development, rendering refers to constructing UI code (HTML and CSS) from intermediate forms, such as template languages or JavaScript.
Put simply: ? -> html
Web rendering can happen:
- in the browser (Client-side rendering)
- on the server (Server-side rendering)
- at build-time (Static generation)
- “statically on the server” (Incremental static regeneration)
