Ergonomic emacs

On a macbook pro, I have re-bound my ctrl key to the right Command key. This allows for ergonomic emacs movement with a tucked right thumb, rather than straining my left pinky.

I mentioned earlier in reasons i dont use emacs that ergonomics is a key reason for me not to use emacs, but this may open things up to me without having to rely on evil mode.
